Nathan Roberts
Executive Director - Growth and Development

Nathan joined AAM in 2020 and in his capacity as Growth and Development manager, he draws on over 20 years experience in delivering and financing major projects in the Agribusiness sector. 

Nathan commenced his experience in agriculture in Northern and Central Queensland in various operational roles before working for 16 years at NAB. Nathan worked in a range of role’s during his time with NAB including managing debt portfolio’s for some of Australia’s largest agricultural families and enterprises in NAB’s agribusiness portfolio. 

Nathan has a passion for agriculture in both an analytical and practical sense and provides support to assist in the growth and development of people to ensure strategic initiatives are met.
