AAM Graduate Program

Applications are currently open for AAM’s 2025 Graduate Program.

This Program offers the opportunity to gain exposure to different areas of agriculture over a range of geographical locations. The program includes five rotations, working with people who share a passion for agriculture and offer mentorship and support. 

Applications for the 2024 Graduate program are now closed, however we are accepting expressions of interest for the 2025 Graduate Program.

    Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, the business analyst contributes to the achievement of operational outcomes across a portfolio of assets, through planning, organising, directing and evaluating operational goals and objectives. The business analyst contributes to existing and new business proposals providing financial modelling, trends and operational advice.
