Ben Matigian
Executive General Manager - Fund Management

Ben is responsible for all aspects of the investment process from due diligence of new assets to the fund management of the existing funds. Ben leads a team of investment professionals that support the operational team in developing the financial and commercial aspects of each project. 

Ben has over 17 years of corporate finance experience spanning across mergers and acquisitions, capital structuring and debt finance from his time at NAB, Credit Suisse and Ernst & Young. Ben has an extensive background in structuring and distributing equity and debt transactions throughout Australia and Europe. 

Ben has worked in the agriculture sector for the past 10 years and joined AAM in 2018 to help build a premium portfolio of agriculture assets. In this time AAM has raised capital commitments for $475m in project value.
