Ben Edser
Executive Director - Timber, Poultry and Sustainability

Ben is responsible for driving the sustainability initiatives across the AAM portfolio. Ben’s legal background and skill set has enabled Ben to successfully manage significant project due diligence, contractual negotiations and performance enhancement technology initiatives specifically in the renewables sphere.

Ben manages a team of people who develop business enhancement initiatives. These initiatives ensure that all value-add opportunities are explored and all key operational efficiencies identified

Ben has furthered his knowledge of sustainability initiatives, renewable energy, and intensive agricultural systems through undertaking a Nuffield Farming Scholarship in 2016.

In addition to enhancement programs, Ben’s team has been successful in securing over $10m in government grants across a range of AAM’s assets. Notably, Ben led the project and delivery of the renewable energy hub at AAM’s poultry complex which consists of solar, a partially grant funded Tesla battery infrastructure integration and an energy management platform.
